As Continuim’s Managing Partner and Co-CIO, George is responsible for all aspects of Continuim’s investment management, which includes deal execution and portfolio company management. George works directly with management teams and Continuim’s investor base to shepherd their portfolio companies through their next phase of growth.

Prior to co-founding Continuim, George worked directly with family & founder-owned businesses for thirteen years. George was responsible for deal execution and portfolio company management for PNC Mezzanine Capital for eight years. In his capacity at PNC, George served as a director on several middle-market industrial businesses. Prior to PNC, George was an investment banker at Stephens, focused on middle-market companies.

George graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BA in economics and received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he was a Palmer Scholar. He was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, and currently resides in Fox Chapel with his wife and children.

As Continuim’s President, Henry is responsible for all aspects of Continuim’s business and its investments, including deal execution, integration, and portfolio company management. Henry works directly with Continuim’s Investment and Operations Teams to oversee each portfolio company from acquisition through growth, optimization, and exit.

Prior to co-founding Continuim, Henry focused on executive-level hands-on leadership, deal execution, and integration work for more than 15 years. As the President and Chairman of the Board of his former family manufacturing business based in Pittsburgh, PA, Henry was responsible for the day-to-day management of the company and its strategic growth initiatives prior to the company’s sale. Following the sale, Henry led the company’s post-closing integration efforts and numerous transactions for The Sherwin-Williams Company. In addition, Henry previously worked within PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Transaction Services group where he advised premier private equity and corporate clients on complex valuation and accounting issues associated with a variety of transactions and structures.

Henry graduated Magna Cum Laude from Villanova University with a BS in Accountancy and BS in Business Administration. He currently serves as a director for each of Continuim’s portfolio companies.

Brian leads Continuim’s targeted, proactive approach to originating new investment opportunities. By building trusted relationships with business owners and advisors, Brian originates mutually beneficial transactions with companies that fit the firm’s investment criteria and that will benefit from Continuim’s EDGE playbook. In addition to leading the origination function, Brian supports overall firm strategy and growth initiatives, manages Continuim’s marketing efforts, and partners with portfolio company management to identify and execute strategic add-on acquisitions.

Prior to co-founding Continuim, Brian worked closely with family & founder-owned businesses for over eleven years. As a Vice President at PNC Mezzanine Capital, Brian re-organized and led the business development and marketing functions for the firm, which provided junior capital to support leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and M&A strategies. Previously, Brian was a Relationship Manager within PNC’s Business and Commercial Banking Groups.

Brian graduated from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio, and received his MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. He was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, and currently resides in Hampton Township with his wife and three boys. In his spare time, Brian enjoys playing golf, basketball, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on Penn State and the Pittsburgh sports teams.

As a Vice President, Taylor supports all aspects of Continuim’s investment identification, evaluation, and execution. In addition, Taylor partners with portfolio company management teams to help execute strategic and operational initiatives and interfaces with Continuim’s deal partners and investors.

Prior to joining Continuim, Taylor was an Associate with PNC Mezzanine Capital, where he assisted in the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities, performed transaction due diligence, and monitored select portfolio companies. Taylor was previously an investment banker at Stephens, focused on mergers & acquisitions and capital raising transactions for Midwest financial institutions. Taylor began his career as an expert testimony analyst at Ocean Tomo, an intellectual property merchant bank, quantifying economic damages arising from intellectual property disputes.

Taylor graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Finance. He was born and raised in Emporium, PA, and currently resides in Pittsburgh PA. In his spare time, Taylor enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Taylor is also an avid supporter of Penn State football.

As a Vice President, Peter supports all aspects of Continuim’s investment identification, evaluation, and execution. In addition, Peter partners with portfolio company management teams to help execute strategic and operational initiatives and interfaces with Continuim’s deal partners and investors.

Prior to joining Continuim, Peter was a Vice President at Firmament, where he was responsible for deal execution, portfolio company management, and other strategic initiatives for the firm. Prior to Firmament, Peter was an investment banker at Stifel, where he focused on mergers & acquisitions and capital raising transactions for industrial companies in the middle market.

Peter graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a BA in Economics, where he graduated with honors. He was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, and spends his free time skiing, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends.

As a Vice President, Tyler supports all aspects of Continuim’s investment identification, evaluation, and execution. In addition, Tyler partners with portfolio company management teams to help execute strategic and operational initiatives while interfacing with Continuim’s deal partners and investors.

Tyler was previously an Associate on Continuim’s Portfolio Operations team, where he focused on strategic and operational initiatives related to strategic sourcing, pricing, and growth throughout the firm’s portfolio. Prior to joining Continuim in 2022, Tyler worked as an Analyst on the Strategy team at U. S. Steel, assisting with M&A transactions and organic growth initiatives. Before U. S. Steel, Tyler was the Manager of Growth Strategy at Tirus, one of the largest titanium companies in the US, where he focused on a range of strategic, operational, and commercial efforts, with a focus on strategic sourcing and new market penetration. Tyler comes from a steelworker family and is passionate about supporting and empowering the growth of American industrial companies.

Tyler graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in Government and Public Policy and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. He also completed the Tuck Business Bridge Program at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. He grew up and currently resides in Irwin, PA, where he serves as a Borough Councilman and volunteer firefighter. In his spare time, Tyler enjoys playing golf and ice hockey, traveling, and spending time with his family.

As a Vice President, Andrew supports all aspects of Continuim’s investment identification, evaluation, and execution. In addition, Andrew partners with portfolio company management teams to help execute strategic and operational initiatives while interfacing with Continuim’s deal partners and investors.

Prior to joining Continuim, Andrew was a Principal at Windage Partners, a Dallas, TX-based private equity firm focused on the aerospace, defense, and government services sectors. Before Windage, Andrew co-founded Mobility Capital, an investment firm based in Miami Beach, FL, focused on infrastructure investments across transportation sectors and their adjacencies. Previously, he was a Senior Associate and founding employee at ATL Partners, a New York-based private equity firm focused on aerospace, transportation, and logistics. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan in its energy coverage group in New York.

Andrew holds an A.B., with honors, in Economics with a Certificate in Applications of Computing from Princeton University, where he was a member of the varsity heavyweight crew, and an M.B.A., with honors and distinction as a Palmer Scholar, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He remains active in Princeton University alumni volunteer roles, including serving as Alumni Treasurer of the Class of 2012, as an alumni interviewer, and recently serving on the Alumni Council Executive Committee, where he chaired the Class Affairs Committee. Andrew grew up in West Windsor, NJ, and currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA. In his spare time, he enjoys playing racquet sports and retreating to the beach with his wife.

As a Senior Associate, Antonio supports all aspects of Continuim’s investment identification, evaluation, and execution. In addition, Antonio partners with portfolio company management teams to help execute strategic and operational initiatives while interfacing with Continuim’s deal partners and investors.

Prior to joining Continuim, Antonio was a Senior Analyst at Edgewater Capital Partners, where he was primarily responsible for assisting the investment team in evaluating, underwriting, and monitoring new and existing investment opportunities. Antonio started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Stephens Inc. in the Diversified Industrials & Services and Financial Institutions Groups, focused on mergers & acquisitions and capital raising transactions.

Antonio graduated Summa Cum Laude from Case Western Reserve University with a B.S. in Accounting. He was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. In his spare time, Antonio enjoys playing basketball, tennis, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on Pittsburgh sports teams.

As a Senior Associate, Webb supports all aspects of Continuim’s investment identification, evaluation, and execution. In addition, Webb partners with portfolio company management teams to help execute strategic and operational initiatives while interfacing with Continuim’s deal partners and investors.

Prior to joining Continuim, Webb worked as an Associate at Summit Partners. While at Summit, Webb was primarily responsible for assisting portfolio companies in the raising, refinancing, and improving of credit terms of debt capital from banks and private lenders. Webb began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan. At J.P. Morgan, Webb worked on leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and debt issuances. Over the course of his career, Webb has worked on approximately $7 billion in financial transactions. Webb is also passionate about community and contributing to the flourishing of small-town America.

Webb graduated Cum Laude from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in Economics and History. From a family with roots in farming and the oil and gas industry, Webb was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado. In his spare time, Webb enjoys traveling, swimming, playing bagpipes, and the occasional game of chess.

As an Associate, Zack supports all aspects of Continuim’s investment identification, evaluation, and execution. In addition, Zack partners with portfolio company management teams to help execute strategic and operational initiatives while interfacing with Continuim’s deal partners and investors.

Prior to joining Continuim, Zack was a Senior Analyst at ArkMalibu, a boutique investment bank advising founder- and family-owned businesses on sell-side mergers and acquisitions transactions. While there, Zack supported all aspects of the take-to-market, negotiation, and due diligence processes, with a special emphasis on helping clients find buyers who share their culture and values in addition to offering a compelling valuation.

Zack graduated Summa Cum Laude from Hillsdale College with a B.A. in Politics and Spanish Literature. Zack was raised in Los Angeles and spends most of his time outside of work with his wife and son, reading philosophy and theology, and cheering on the L.A. Kings.

As Continuim’s Partner of Portfolio Operations, Joseph provides operational and strategic leadership to the firm’s portfolio companies. With a focus on delivering performance objectives, Joseph’s leadership is focused on long term strategic planning and near-term execution. He is passionate about building teams and fostering a transparent, accountable, and winning corporate culture, where people feel valued and motivated.

Prior to joining Continuim, Joseph served as President and CEO of Tirus - one of the largest titanium companies in the US. He spent the previous 11 years with Alcoa, which became Howmet Aerospace, in a variety of roles, including Vice President and Strategy and Operational Planning, in which Mr. Scott managed and executed Corporate Strategy initiatives, M&A, and Integrations. Joseph first fell in love with manufacturing while helping to build and operate a high-end furniture business in North Carolina.

Joseph graduated from Brown University with a degree in English and Economics, and received a Master’s from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business. He lives in Pittsburgh with his wife, stepson, and two dogs. He enjoys doing house projects at the family cabin, building furniture, traveling, and playing golf.

As Continuim’s Managing Director of Portfolio Operations, Brandon leads Continuim’s dedicated economic and market research function. Brandon is responsible for monitoring global, national, and local financial and economic market conditions to evaluate trends and develop investment theses. In addition, Brandon supports Continuim’s portfolio company strategy development and new investment diligence efforts.

Prior to joining Continuim, Brandon worked internationally in the energy sector for ExxonMobil. At ExxonMobil, he held various managerial, technical, and business roles. Previously, Brandon worked for Fluor Corp, where he led multi-billion dollar energy projects. His experience has led him to work and live in five different countries, including Kazakhstan and Singapore.

Brandon graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS in Civil & Environmental Engineering and received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Brandon spends his free time with his wife and son and enjoys skiing, swimming, and playing chess.

Matt partners with Continuim’s portfolio company leadership to develop winning strategies and operational improvements that help our businesses achieve their full potential. He is driven by solving complex challenges, building capabilities, and creating positive outcomes for people and organizations.

Before joining Continuim, Matt spent more than 20 years leading teams in high-stakes environments through growth and change.

At McKinsey & Company, Matt directed value creation transformations for medium and large-sized industrial businesses, specializing in financial performance and organizational design. He partnered with executives to develop targeted strategies and worked alongside them to execute lasting, bottom-line improvements.

At BlackRock, Matt delivered implementations of the firm’s portfolio management technology for global financial institutions. At Bank of America, he drove business improvement through process simplification and modernization.

Matt began his career in the U.S. Army as a Green Beret, completing several combat deployments and foreign assignments. He continues to serve as an instructor and advisor with the National Guard.

Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in financial economics from Columbia University and an MBA in finance and entrepreneurship from The Wharton School. He mentors military service members transitioning careers and supports charities aligned with veterans and first responders, higher education, and animal welfare.

As Continuim’s Director of Process Optimization, Paul provides operational and strategic leadership to the firm’s portfolio companies and management teams with a focus on implementing Lean Manufacturing to transform the shop floor, increase capacity, lead integrations, and drive improved financial results.

Prior to joining Continuim full-time, Paul was an operating partner for Continuim at Merlot Vango Tarping Solutions. During his time at Merlot, Paul doubled the manufacturing capacity within Continuim’s first year of ownership through the implementation of Lean Manufacturing. Before his time with Merlot, Paul served as the Director of Operations and then Vice President Operations for a specialty coatings manufacturer in Pittsburgh, PA prior to its sale to The Sherwin-Williams Company. Before integrating the company’s formulas and equipment into Sherwin-Williams, Paul implemented a new ERP system, streamlined the manufacturing process, storage, and flow of materials, and increased capacity through improve asset utilization. Earlier in Paul’s career, he served in multiple operational roles for Omnova Solutions where he obtained his Six Sigma Blackbelt and focused on operational optimization, control system configurations, and ERP implementation.

Paul graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, including a minor in Environmental Engineering. He lives in Pittsburgh, PA with his wife and they enjoy attending concerts, theater, local events in various Pittsburgh neighborhoods, and traveling to visit family and friends.

Prior to joining Continuim, Chance has led teams in engineering, business development, operations and finance across multiple industries. Most recently, Chance was a finance manager for Lockheed Martin Space, responsible for supply chain and process consolidation across multiple US Government and Military space programs. Chance began his career at Baker Hughes, as an engineer focusing on shale gas extraction throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania. He moved into a successful business development and operations career, creating high revenue growth and building a diverse customer base for the Rocky Mountain division with Baker Hughes.

Chance holds a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, and received his M.B.A. from Colorado State University. He was raised in a small town in Kansas and has recently relocated to Pittsburgh, PA with his wife. He enjoys skiing, golfing, and all things outdoors.

As a Senior Associate, Chris supports Continuim’s targeted originating strategy, conducts preliminary due diligence of new investment opportunities, and leads the Firm’s marketing function. Chris focuses on building direct relationships with business owners, their advisors, and intermediaries across the country to generate new, mutually beneficial investment opportunities. He also interfaces with Continuim’s portfolio company management teams to identify and pursue accretive add-on acquisitions.

Prior to joining Continuim, Chris worked in private wealth management with successful business owners and multi-generational families to develop custom solutions to meet complex planning needs. Chris worked closely with entrepreneurs pre- and post-transactions, and led a team to help business owners and their families accomplish their financial objectives.

Chris graduated from Ohio University with a dual degree in Finance and Marketing. He was born and raised in the Pittsburgh area and comes from a family of business owners in the manufacturing and distribution industries. Chris and his wife Andrea currently reside in Cecil Township, and he enjoys open-wheel auto racing, golf, and hockey.

As CFO and Chief Compliance Officer, Nick supports Continuim's leadership and investment teams, the firm's portfolio companies, and is responsible for the accounting and day-to-day financial management of the Fund.

Prior to joining Continuim, Nick worked for PNC Capital Finance as a Finance Manager and Controller within the Private Equity line of business. Nick was previously an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers along with two other regional CPA firms, performing both audit and tax work.

Nick graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Accounting and a minor in the Legal Environment of Business. He then completed his exams to become a Certified Public Accountant. Nick grew up and resides in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. Nick is married with four young children, which occupy most of his free time, but when given the chance, he plays hockey and enjoys an occasional round of golf.

As Controller, Alex supports the CFO with the accounting and day-to-day financial management of the firm.

Prior to joining Continuim, Alex worked for BNY Mellon as a Fund Accountant within the Asset Servicing department. In this role he reconciled all fund activity for several insurance clients and delivered financial reporting to these clients on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Alex also previously worked as a Sales Audit Analyst with American Eagle Outfitters and an Accounts Receivable Specialist at ServiceLink.

Alex graduated from Mercyhurst University with a B.A. in Business Management and a minor in Accounting. He was born and raised in Erie, PA and now resides in Pittsburgh with his wife, Julianne. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and hockey, running, and spending time with family and friends.

As Continuim’s Senior Executive Assistant, Hannah provides support for the firm’s founding Partners and oversees the Executive Assistant and office management functions. She plays a key role in ensuring efficient operations and a high standard of professionalism across the firm.

Hannah brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to executive support. Prior to Continuim, Hannah held roles in settlement services, logistics and global relocation, along with higher education administration and admissions.

Hannah graduated with two Associates degrees from Pittsburgh Technical College. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

As Executive Assistant and Office Administrator, Laura supports Continuim's Chief Financial Officer and founding partners, while also assisting the broader team and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Prior to joining Continuim, Laura served as Executive Assistant to the Chief Credit Officer and Deputy Chief Credit Officer at BNY, where she supported the Credit Risk team and helped streamline organizational processes.

Laura graduated from Penn State with a B.H. in Communications. As a lifelong outdoor enthusiast and animal lover, in her free time Laura primarily enjoys hiking with her dog. She also enjoys art, live music, and spending time with close friends and family. Originally from Dillsburg, PA, Laura now resides in Pittsburgh.
